The history
of
platforms
The first aerial platform was invented in the United States of America by John L.Grove in 1969. His idea was born by imagining to have work done at height with material, saving time, money without the need for scaffolding: to a motorized carriage he added a lifting arm and at the end of the arm he mounted a man basket, a simple idea that changed the conception of working. Today this machine is kept in the museum of the world's largest and most renowned company, a manufacturer of aerial platforms: the JLG (whose founder is John L. Grove).
From there on, research and development have not stopped. Every year, new products are continually being made that are more and more high-performance and decisive.
